Enhancing resilience is the main goal of the project and a cross cutting theme in the project plan. In addition, the goal of the project is to support green transition and the renewal of the restaurant sector through co-creation, peer learning, by utilizing digital tools and by developing marketing.

The project builds capacity to understand sustainability both as an ecological goal as well as an economic opportunity. As a concrete result of the project, new food service concepts will be co-created and piloted.
